Easter at St Oswald's
At Easter, we come together to celebrate the amazing news that Jesus conquered death and gives new life to all who trust in him. Whether you're familiar with church, or have never been inside one, we'd love to welcome you at St Oswald's this Easter.
Good Friday
Friday 18 April 10am, followed by hot cross buns and good coffee.
Join us for a reflective service where we'll hear the story of the death of Jesus on that first Good Friday. Kids will join us for the service, but we'll keep it short and have ways for them to hear the Easter story in ways that they can understand.
Easter Sunday
Sunday 20 April 10am, with an Easter egg hunt for kids.
On Easter Sunday we celebrate: Jesus has risen! We'll hear the story of how Jesus has conquered death and what that means for us. During church, we'll share the Lord's Supper (Communion). There are programs for the kids (up to Year 6), including an Easter egg hunt in the St Oswald's grounds.
